Interviews

Colorado College will interview high school seniors and transfer students. While interviews are optional, they will be used in the evaluation of an application for those students who interview, while also providing students with the opportunity to meet with and talk to an admission officer one-to-one.

Kari Kwinn, Admission Counselor, will be offering interviews in Salt Lake City and Park City. Interviews will be available Tuesday, November 3, Wednesday, November 4, and Thursday, November 5, 2009. A limited number of appointments will be available. Interviews will last 30 to 45 minutes.

Alumni Interviews

Interview-trained alumni volunteers live in your area. While interviews are optional, they will be used in the evaluation of an application for those students who interview, in addition to providing students with the opportunity to meet and discuss Colorado College one-to-one. All interviews are treated equally by the admission office in the review of applications. Each applicant is invited to interview once with either a staff member, student, or trained alumni volunteer. While alumni interviews are not guaranteed, we make every effort to match students with local alumni volunteers. Interview deadlines

Early Decision I and Early Action applicants (November 15) must have requested an interview by 11:59 p.m. MST Sunday, November 1. Interviews must be completed by Sunday, November 22.

 

Early Decision II applicants (January 1) must request an interview by completing the following form by 11:59 p.m. MST Tuesday, December 15. Interviews must be completed by Sunday, January 3.

 

Regular action applicants (January 15) must request an interview by completing the following form by 11:59 p.m. MST Sunday, January 3. Interviews must be completed by Sunday, January 17.

 

Transfer applicants (March 1) must request an interview by completing the following form by 11:59 p.m. MST Sunday, February 5. Interviews must be completed by Sunday, February 28.
