"The
Meeting" A short play based on a fictional meeting
between Dr. King and Malcolm X. It takes us to the root of the
civil rights movement as the men have a very spirited debate
about important issues. The dialogue between the actors is
derived from a series of speeches made by the two leaders.
February 27 at 5:00 p.m., Shove Chapel, Colorado College. Free
and open to the public.

celebrate historically black fraternities and sororities at

Race
Matters. A symposium to examine the ongoing effects of
race in modern day American Society. The conference will
include a gospel extravaganza. Speakers: Richard Delgado,
Michael Trujillo, Jennifer Holliday, Nick Kolz. "Smashing
the Ceiling" concert and presentation by Magdalen Hsu-Li.
