Events can be EASY! The 2008-2009 school year brought many changes to Colorado College. As staff have taken on more responsibility, President Celeste has asked us to help ease the burden of event planning. EASY was born. EASY stands for Event Assistance and Support for You! Between us we have 73 years of event planning experience and we really can make event planning EASY for you. The EASY team would like to take this opportunity to invite you to utilize our services when planning your next event. We are here to offer support and assistance in every aspect of your event planning. We are happy to offer advice throughout the planning process or in some cases, run the event for you if the event is large and overwhelming. You also have the option of using the summer conference team which will take care of the entire event from the beginning to end for a fee. The EASY team meets once a month.
