 Audiovisual Services/Media ServicesThe media services check-out facility is located in Armstrong Room 18, x6378. For classes and class projects students may check out a wide variety of audiovisual equipment free of charge. We will help you feel comfortable with technology and understand the equipment being used. We have a limited inventory of some items, so plan ahead—we may not be able to fulfill last-minute requests. AVS also houses a digital video-editing lab with four computer stations. For lectures, concerts, and other events requiring technical support, complete a “Facilities and Services Request Form” (available at Worner Desk). If you do this at least two weeks in advance, AVS can provide you with technical expertise to help make your event a success. Given shorter notice, we may not be able to help you.
