Bookstore

Located on the lower level of Worner Campus Center, the CC bookstore offers new and used textbooks, insignia clothing and gifts, general reading books, art and school supplies, greeting cards, candy and snacks, and health and beauty products. You may also order CC class rings and chairs through the bookstore. The bookstore and it's website www.coloradocollege.bkstr.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, CC Gold Cards and personal checks. Store hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30; (First day of each Block 8-5.) and Saturday 10-4.

Business Office

CC’s business office, on the second floor of Armstrong Hall, maintains a financial account for each student and bills for tuition, fees, room, board, fines, and other special charges originating in other offices. Students may use the Web to view their accounts. They can pay balances due by mail, in person at the Student Accounts office (credit cards are not accepted), the payment drop box (prior to 8:30 a.m. and after 5 p.m - NO CASH please), or pay online by going to www.coloradocollege.edu/internal.asp, click on Student Accounts and Make a Payment). Students have the option of paying online with a credit card (MasterCard, Discover and American Express, a per-transaction convenience fee is assessed) OR ACH (Checking or Savings Account). Students who are making a payment with CASH must pay at the Student Accounts office.

The college has the right to withhold the issuance of transcripts and to suspend an enrolled student for financial indebtedness. Failure to meet financial obligations may also result in the account being sent to the college’s collection agency. Collection costs are assessed to account sent to the collection agency and may include reasonable attorney fees which are owed by the debtor.

The Business office is open during regular working hours 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for questions and help with accounts. The Student Accounts office will accept payments from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Any payments received after 3:30 p.m. will be processed the following business day.  If you need to make a payment prior to 8:30 a.m. and after 5 p.m., please use the drop box located on the 2nd floor of Armstrong Hall.
