![]() Gold Card OfficeLocated within the business office on the second floor of Armstrong Hall, the Gold Card office issues CC identification cards each weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Gold Card Office is also the office where students can change their meal plans. The College is pleased to offer our campus community the ease and confidentiality of a “one-card” system. Not simply an ID, the Colorado College Gold Card is the key to many campus services including: photo identification, dining access, residence hall security, cashless transactions, library access, sports/ activity tickets, as well as many vending services such as laundry, copiers, and snack machines. A free Gold Card will be issued to new students during registration. Lost, stolen, defaced, or invalid cards are subject to a $20 replacement fee. Cards damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will be replaced free of charge provided all of the pieces are returned to the Gold Card office. Value, convenience, safety, and service are our primary concerns in the Gold Card office. With a one-card campus, we are able to manage our students’ assets with greater ease and accountability. The magnetic swipe stripe on the back of the Gold Card ensures fewer keying errors, controls access into resident halls, speeds entry into the dining hall, and (combined with a Gold Card Plus Account) provides cashless transactions for all campus services. |
