Registrar
The office of the registrar is where students can obtain information about their academic progress at Colorado College (See Academic Policies and Procedures” section for more information). Students can get advice and information concerning the following:
- academic advisor changes
- Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) credit
- biographical information, updates, and changes, including home and local addresses
- class scheduling and changes
- course availability for current and future blocks
- “excused” grade applications
- forms for tests including the GRE, MCAT, LSAT, etc.
- grades and grading information, including petitions for late grade track changes
- graduation requirements
- honors at graduation
- independent and/or off-campus study
- January half-block
- leaves of absence (academic)
- major area of study, declarations or changes
- minor declarations
- summer study forms for other institutions
- transfer credit evaluations
