Jennie Vader
I come from Gunnison, Colorado, a small ranching town 3 hours west of Colorado
Springs. I started service in high school as a part of various clubs and organizations.
At Colorado College I spend most of my time outside of academics volunteering
or working in the Center for Service and Learning. So far most of my experience
has been in Hunger and Homelessness issues, but I am slowly making my way into
other branches of service. This year will be my second year with the International
Service Trip and my second time to India. I traveled with the group as a member
last year and decided that I wanted to committ more of my time and effort to
the cause.
