LecturePlease join the Colorado College Art Department and the Danish Institute for Study Abroad on Monday, October 21, at 12:15 p.m. in Packard Room 21, as they co-present “New Nordic Design,” a public lecture by Kelly Nelson. Kelly Nelson is the Architecture & Design Assistant Program Director at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Denmark. He has been a key player on projects like Hotel Hilton, CPH Airport, DR-byen and Go-Terminal. Kelly worked at Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects from 1996 until 2010 and has taught in studios and led study tours at DIS. Kelly’s lecture will explore the “New Nordic” trend within Architecture and Design.
